1.     Manny & Pie Calayan Clinic offers nationwide shipping of its skincare products.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.     Your products will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of your order placement.

3.     Creating an account is optional. When you do create account, retrieving purchase history and required information for delivery will be made easier and available. Make sure to only submit information that is accurate and true.

4.     You will receive an order confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your order.

5.     A delivery reminder will be sent to your email. This includes the additional charges, if they apply.

6.     You can pay using any of our payment methods listed on our website or pay in cash once your order is delivered via Cash-On-Delivery.

7.     For orders beyond ₱2,000.00, Cash-On-Delivery is not allowed due to our third-party courier service’s restriction. You may settle your payment via online money transfers (i.e. Gcash, Online Banking).

8.     We aim to deliver the product/s to you at the place of delivery you requested in your order. We shall contact you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date at the delivery address.

9.     For orders within Metro Manila, shipping is free for orders amounting to ₱999.00 and above. Orders below ₱999.00 are subject to an additional shipping fee depending on our third-party courier. Free shipping within Metro Manila via GoGoXpress only. Lalamove to be shouldered by buyer for same day deliveries.

10.  On changes of orders: If you had made a mistake on your order after submission, please email promo@mannyandpiecalayanclinic.com with your order number and the change of item/s you wish to have within an hour of order placement. Beyond that, changes are not allowed.

11.  On cancellation of orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please email promo@mannyandpiecalayanclinic.com with your order number. This is only applicable within 1 hour of your order placement. Beyond that, cancellation is not allowed. No cancellation fee shall be applicable, however, dispatched orders must be returned to sender. Client shall shoulder the cost of return shipping as per the guidelines on our Return Policy.

12.  No return or no exchange of item/s after purchase, unless it meets the criteria in our Return Policy. 

13.  We place great value on our customer’s satisfaction. You may contact us at any time at promo@mannyandpiecalayanclinic.com. In the event of a complaint, please state your order number and the complaint as accurately as possible
