Mechanics:
1. Availability. The promo is available in Manny & Pie Calayan Clinic Medical Plaza Makati and Festival Mall Alabang branches, on our Ultherapy Premier services.
2. Validity. The promo can be purchased from July 15 to 17, 2025 exclusively on our website (link to follow).
3. Redemption. Treatment may be scheduled within 3 months from date of purchase.
4. Payment. Once order is placed through our website, you may settle your payment until August 15, 2025 through any of the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit Card
E-wallet (GCash and PayMaya)
Cash at the clinic
NOTE: Promo is exclusive of bank transaction and convenience fees
NOTE: Failure to settle the payment on August 15, 2025 shall mean automatic forfeiture of the promo rate. Payment is non-refundable. Client shall pay the regular amount of the service before proceeding with the procedure.
5. Terms & Conditions.
5.1 Promo is exclusive of consultation (personal or online) with the doctors.
5.2 The name of the person registered in the information sheet must be the same person who will undergo the Ultherapy Premier procedure. Upon checkout, this name cannot be changed. Transferring the purchased treatment to another person is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Once purchase is done, the instructions for the chosen mode of payment is strictly followed. Failure to do so means automatic forfeiture of the purchase. Payment is non-refundable.
5.4 Booking your appointment is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5.5 Policy on Rebooking of Scheduled Appointment
5.6 Failure to do the procedure within the redemption period shall ensure client’s liability to add the amount on the service’s regular rate before proceeding with the treatment.
Personal Consultation Fee is ₱ 1000.00
Online Consultation ₱ 500.00
First Time – allowed and free of charge
Second Time – allowed within the redemption period of the promo, but with a 5% rebooking fee of the total amount of service availed
6. Limitations. This promo is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-convertible to cash. It cannot be purchased in conjunction with other existing Manny & Pie Calayan Clinic promotions. Gift Certificates shall not be eligible for purchase of this promo.
