1. Availability. The promo is available in Manny & Pie Calayan Clinic Medical
Plaza Makati and Festival Mall Alabang branches on selected services.
2. Validity. The promo can be purchased from September 22 to 26, 2025.
3. Redemption. Treatment may be scheduled within 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. Payment. Once you fill out our patient form, you may settle your payment:
Downpayment of ₱5,000 for CS/AM procedures (September 22 – 26, 2025 ) and must be settled in full by October 5, 2025.
One time payment in full until September 30, 2025 .

E-Wallet (GCash/Maya)
NOTE: Failure to settle the payment on September 30, 2025 shall mean
automatic forfeiture of the promo rate and order placement. Regular rates
will be applicable if you wish to proceed with the procedure.
5. Terms & Conditions.
5.1 NO CAP on purchases.
5.2 Promo is exclusive of consultation (personal or online) with the
doctors.
Personal Consultation Fee is ₱1000
Online Consultation is ₱500
5.3 The name of the person registered in the information sheet must be
the same person who will undergo the procedures. Upon checkout,
this name cannot be changed. Transferring the purchased treatment
to another person is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Once purchase is done, the instructions for the chosen mode of
payment should be strictly followed. Failure to do so means automatic
forfeiture of the purchase. Payment is non-refundable.
5.5 Booking your appointment is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5.6 Policy on Rebooking of Scheduled Appointment
First Time – allowed and free of charge
Second Time – allowed but with a 5% rebooking fee of the total
amount of service availed, to be paid on or before the date of
appointment
6. Limitations. This promo is non-transferable, non-refundable, and nonconvertible
to cash. It cannot be purchased in conjunction with other existing
Manny & Pie Calayan Clinic promotions. Gift Certificates shall not be eligible
for purchase of this promo.
7. Deposit / Downpayment. This will automatically be forfeited if you fail to settle within the given timeframe.
